Hello Kryo. My mistake - the serial number was 28 characters long, not 30. I seem to have gone partly blind as a result of typing it into a registration form a couple of dozen times. I contacted Stardock support as you suggested. They told me to contact Paradox Interactive. I contacted Paradox Interactive. No reply, other than an automated response. Hello Kryo. Thanks for the reply. The error message is: "Error 4: Invalid Serial Number" ..and the serial number I'm using (which is on CD 2, not the jewel box. There is nothing on the box), is an unformatted string of mixed alphanumerics, 30 characters in length. The first four digits are "4E10". Cheers, Dave
