I made transport to conquer planet, and i ordered attack planet. However, ship didn't attacked(Even Move point Remained....) Do i have to reinstall it?

When I activate ctrl+P, planet level number was increased but, only number does.. tiles are still unusable.. is this bug? or did I pushed wrong?

When I add cheat at shortcut and press enter, it said "The name is wrong. check file name" What should i have to do? And is that right add "cheat" at third line?

Because i'm not American(Nor English)I don't know what is command line parameter.. PLZ somebody teach me~...I really want to play game in cheat mode...
