Ive always wondered why theres been no talk about a final fantasy conversion theres more than enough stuff and races to make one if know ones up to the task ill guess ill have to make one.So please post a comment or two and let me know if its mod worthy.
if you doint like it change it to suite you this game is very easy to mod I almost never play with the games races I just make my own.So to get to the point if you doint like it change it.

thats not really nessacery unless there animated the easist way is to just make sure do what youv'e been doing but delete all the stuff that has bik at the end of including the united planets bik file thats the one you want to delete first be sure to backup your files first.Ihope that this helps

it should be its not hardcoded but it will be hard to figure out which color is what with the number system.and you shouldint need any type of software besides notepad.Come to thank of it youv'e givin me a big idea ill try it with the transformers mod im making and if I get it to work ill let you know.
there is a mod found in the galciv2 library called tech edit with this you can add new techs with ease plus you add new weapons but youll need to the gc2 XML for that.I hpoe this helps you any.

sorry guys but it may take a little longer than expected im making custom shipstyles right now.Because I made my first ship last night I felt so stupid because it was somthing simple as in material editor all I had to do was name the textures its that simple I felt so stupid And I finaly got my first ship to showup and work right.Ive been trying for months but I have over 300 ship models on my computer right now so it may not be until tuesday at the lastest.So ill start posting more screen shots

that depends what does G.C.M stand for and if I doint try typing in G.C.M wiki on google,or msn if wiki doesint have it doesint exist.I hope that this helps you any.
thanks drengin are sure I can upload it to your site its a pretty big file almost 600mb.Im almost done Ive changed the techtree but I also have to change the planet improvements XML file to. That takes alot longer so it should be finshed by saturday at the lastest.
