I purchased the retail version at Best Buy today (unopened & sealed box). When I attempt to register through SDC I get a serial key is invalid. I'm using all CAPS and there are two zeros in the total # of characters. I triple checked the digits and had my wife double check (she tells me how she doesn't make mistakes so it must be the correct code). I also tried zero zero, letter zero, zero letter, letter letter combination and none of them worked. I just scanned my CD case and my Best B
