Hi, turning off the "enhanced ship rendering" stopped the random crashing so it seems you´re right, my GPU can´t handle it. Hope you guys can get something out of the Nvidia people about this. I´m yet to find a bonus tile in my current game though. So far I´ve found 0 (zero, nil, nada, nuthin) and I have enough planets to add up to a total of some 200 tiles (enormous galaxy). Ok, so I turned off AA and was already using hardware cursor but it´s the same story again. Only this time the computer restarted itself after about 10 sec. What´s up with that? And why shouldn´t the game support 7950 cards? It´s a pretty mainstream graphics card as far as I know (mine is a Leadtek Winfast 7950 GT TDH 256 Mb by the way, if that matters).
