Why Won't My Serial NumberS Register, and the game keeps crashing its driving me stupider

Ok...I'm a Computer User, Non-Technical, so the answer is probably right in front of my nose... I downloaded the Stardock Central software. I pushed the update program button, and it tells me that my serial number is incorrect. On the jewel case is one Serial Number, on a piece of paper contained in the box is a second number. I've tried both so many times its inappropraite. Alternately, when I push the register button, a message comes up saying "Your accout inf
