Hmm.... thanks for the help on that, but it still doesn't seem to work. I found a .dll file called dxToys.dll and that actually had the code to call for that particular error. I deleted that, and it still does it. I ended up deleting all the .dll files in there and it STILL did it... I have no idea why this happens to me, unless there's some sort of program I'm supposed to have installed that I don't. Can anyone tell me what programs they have installed in order to use DesktopX themes?

Ok, that's cool, I understand completely. While those of us that have cable or DSL, it wouldn't be too time consuming to download, the bandwidth issue and copyright issues still remain. Thanks for all the replies, and I'll just continue enjoying the wallpapers in their current state.

I had no idea that claiming ownership of someone else's wallpapers was such a problem. I understand now one of the reasons why they wouldn't want to do that... Also, I've looked on Google before for "photoshop tutorials" and seem to only find really basic ones that aren't really all that good. Thanks for the links, I'll check them out and see what more I can learn from them. Thanks for the replies, I now feel enlightened on this matter <img src="http://images.stardock.com/im

I was just scrolling through the wallpapers section checking out all these amazing wallpapers people make, somehow. I've made 1 or 2 wallpapers myself, and I may post one of them up here. However, I was wondering.. for those that do them in Photoshop, it'd be really cool for some people to post the .psd file of the wallpaper so those of us that are still in the beginning stages of computer graphics could look at what effects were used to accomplish each feat. Don't know if anyone w

Hmm, you could have a point. However, do you know how I could go about removing performance meter from the theme before it loads the theme? Immediately when the theme loads, it'll change the wallpaper and then start giving the error. Also, are there any "Processor performance objects" out there for download I may be able to download and import? Thanks for the reply.

I just recently got DesktopX, and after installation, the default theme loaded with no problems. However, I've downloaded a few other themes from WinCustomize, but some don't seem to work properly. For some reason, when I load one of those themes, it'll give me an error saying "Unable to locate the 'Processor' performance object". This error keeps repeating about 2 times every second or so, and just keeps on filling up my taskbar with the error messages. The only way to stop it from doing th
