This could add a whole new dimension to the value of influence and diplomacy! There could be back room politics were instead of just trading influence you could trade promises to back future proposals, and allies could merge influence to make joint proposals. 3: Expanded tech tree.

I noticed two MS security patches on my net 2.0 so I reverted to the original instal. I also fiddled with some explorer security settings and looked at my fire wall. But still no good I'm going to drop it. I'll try each new release though. Thank for your time

I'm not sure what you mean by "post" the error message, but it's a standard windows dialog box with a title "GalCiv2IDE" and an X close box in the top right . the text is "GalCiv2IDE has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience." and contains your ap's squigly icon (so it seems generated by your ap not windows.) Under the above mentioned text in a gray portion of the window is the message "if you were in the middle of something, the informa
I checked add/remove and I have net 1.1, net 2.0, net 3.0. The first time I tried to run moder I only had 1.1 and 2.0, I wasn't sure I did so I downloaded 3.0

When I execute the ap GalCiv2IDE, I get a window entitled "Options". Two “enable mod” options are selectable. The “dark avatar installed” and “select mod folder” options are grayed out (I have DA installed.) Regardless of what I select I get a window entitled "GalCiv2IDE" that says GalCiv2IDE has encountered a problem…. The ap never starts. I’m running XP home service pack 2, Net Framework 3.0, direct X 9c. Any one know what’s up?
