I also recently obtained a "bootleg" version by accident (by buying off Ebay). As a person who got burned by buying many bad games, I often download a copy to see if a game is worth buying before deciding to spend my hard earned money on a game. Hi all, I just got my copy of Gal Civ II Gold Edition off Ebay. When I received it, The box was in Russian and had strange graphics. The box shipped with one CD, no manual, and no serial #, and a manually generated instruction sheet for installing in English. I installed the game and it works alright, but I was a bit concerned about receiving future updates should they become available. Any thoughts? pseudo21
