I updated my drivers about a month ago, but I'll try out the latest from laptopvideo2go and try. But I played through a decent way with the last patch, but this freezing cropped up with the current one, so I dunno?

Hi, was playing Dark Avatar and the game randomly freezes. The freezing isn't consistent, and I've started 2-3 games today and they all froze at some point, but reloading the game, even doing the same thing again, wouldn't cause the freeze to occur. Not sure what's causing it, but here's my debug: Debug Message: Version v1.61 Dark Avatar last updated on: Wed Jun 13 14:10:36 2007 Debug Message: Checking DX Version. Those drivers worked out wonderfully! Thank you very much!
Turns out I'm an idiot Here's the lengthy paste: Debug Message: Version v1.6 Dark Avatar last updated on: Wed Jun 6 08:51:50 2007 Debug Message: Checking DX Version. But here's what it says anyway: Install switch found DarkAvatar Install directory: C:\Program Files\Stardock\TotalGaming\GalCiv2\DarkAvatar\ DLL path: C:\PROGRA~1\Stardock\TOTALG~1\GalCiv2\DARKAV~1\GDFDarkAvatar.dll Game exe path: C:\Prog
Hi all, I just got Dark Avatar the other day and was excited to play the game, but when it gets to the space station construction movie, the game locks up when I press "Done." I have to alt-tab out of the program and close it from the desktop. So far, it's only happened with this movie and nothing else, so I don't know what to make of it. My OS is Vista, unfortunately, so that may be a problem. My graphics card is a Geforce Go 7300, and as far as I know, the drivers are updated. I t
