Thanks alot for your help, kryo! I figured it out. Turns out it was a problem with my RAM. I had to physically move my memory to different slots on the mobo and advance the skew, but now it runs without crashing!

Here's my latest crash debug.err I've updated the game version. My audio drivers are the latest available on the Creative website, so I don't know what I can do about that. I am having what seems to be a common problem...random crashing to desktop, or rebooting my PC. I have a large page file and all latest drivers, including the AMD dual core optimizer.
