This is the original GalCiv2 Dread Lords, running Windows XP Intel Celeron D 330 2.66 Ghz processor and 256 MB RAM.. But even if it was scanning the installer, it wouldn't lag out and go non responsive, would it?

Yes, the autorun. The "Install, Readme" screen comes up, and I click the Install button, and the thing just sits there. Do I need more RAM or a new processor?

When I got home, I started to install the thing, and as soon as I hit the "install" button it froze up and gave me the "This program is not responding" message.
