Well I don't care if its memorial day they sever more than the US so they should not be closed. They said monday to friday and this is Monday so they should be open. I do not live in the Us so I should not be affected by that.
I called tech support during business hours and I cannot get a person all I get is a stupid message saying no one is available to take my call. I buy the game and it will not let me register the game. It says some firewall is getting in the way of me logging in. That is not true I do not have one.
