Jittery / missing graphics in Bug Reports GalCiv2 Forums

Just picked this up, and I seem to be having some graphics problems I can't quite pin down. Odds are it's something stupid I've done, but I could use some help in figuring out what that stupid thing is so that I can fix it. Basically, I'm having some trouble with ship previews (the ones in the select a race screen, and the shipyard screen, but not when building a new ship or viewing anything in the main world map).
