I just installed and updated without any apparent problems, but when I go to "play" the game I get an error; "Cannot run activate.exe" I didn't find anything in the manual or on-site that seems to address this specifically. I have re-installed and also re-updated, but I still get the same erro. Btw, the serial number was actually on the plastic wrapping that was on the jewel case and was thrown away during the unwrap/install process. Fortunately, I figured that out before the tr
