Planet Govener for building in Galactic Civilizations II GalCiv2 Forums

Forgive me if this has already been addressed, but I could not find it. I am looking for a way to have a governer, that will build out the tiles based on what I want built, without having to click on build for each planet. Lets say that I always want to build a spaceport, factory, research, etc. I just specify, what order I want to build in and don't have to do this for every single planet each time over and over. You would just assign the build governer to a planet after landing the
