Make minor civ's Ai better. Allow a game option that allows them to conquer and colonize planets. Also another option that would be great would be, the option to start with no ships, I find it takes away from the just starting out in space feeling when you start with a survey ship that has modules you do not have techs for. For the space miner you guys could make a prequel tech to space mining that will allow you to build space miners. And one last thing I do not know if this has been brought up

Ok I added agression and ai abilities to all minor races, the pirates minor race already had those abilities, but I have never encoutering them so I do not know how they behave. Anyways I will report back what it does. Ok it did not work. Something must prevent minor races from building colony ships, they will build transports when i give them the tech however i did not see them using the transports.

Does anyone know how to make minor civ's colonize and invade other planets with transports. The reasons I thought of this is that when you tech trade you can trade colonization and planetary invasion techs with them. Why would they want these techs if they will never use them. So basically I want to make minor civ's act like major civ's, but still be classed as minor civ's. This would in a sense rasie the total civ's in the galaxy to 18 including you.

Oh the anger, I thought it was hardcoded since there is no random or whatever in the map folder. I just hate starting with a survey capable ship, since you don't have that tech yet. Thanks for helping me out.

Ok this is my first post so here goes. when starting a new game you recieve 3 ships. Does anyone know how to remove the ships? I want to start my campaign with no ships, also I want all other civ's to start with no ships as well. I feel this is more of a just starting the space race thing. I play on ramdomly generated maps, under normal mode. Any help would be great.
