I tried to use the debug but it didnt work said it needed to now where the file was from.Isnt there any other way to correct this error?

I posted this somewhere else but just in case I dont get a response anytime soon. The opening intro tutorials and a various cutscenes looked choppy so I took the anti alising down down from 4x to 3x I restarted the game when the main screen comes up all I see is a superimposed image of the Galciv 2 with only a tiny bit of the background. the options menu is unaviable.I took the game off but when I put it back on it was the same thing please HELP!!!

Yeah I have a major problem.The video's such as the tutorials,intro and other cutscenes were jumping around a bit.So I put the anti aliasing down a bit from 4x to 3x and I restarted the game.When it coes back on the screen is several times larger than it should be over half the main menu is gone so I couldnt move it back up to 4x.So I took it off then put it back on and still no luck cold someone help me?
