Anyone else crashing when they create a Terror Star + 1 Fighter Fleet in this patch?

Yea I'm new, I just found the Leave UP option. I am so gone. I lost the game anyway, but at least I know this for the future.

I tried to search for this on these forums, but I couldn't find this specific topic in any of the thousands of hits I got. So please don't flame me or I will be forced to dispatch a Terror Star. During one of the council votes a law was passed that madated a 10bc/turn tax for nations that are engaged in war. I am sitting around minding my own business when 5 other nations end up convincing eachother to go to war with me. Because of the tax I am losing 50bc/turn. I wasn't prepared for
