I saw this post, and, even though I am away from my gaming box, I wanted to let you guys know mine also crashes to the desktop. The game out of the box plays fine. It is only after downloading the latest patch that mine does that and also sends a error reporting messege out. My Sapphire Radeon video drivers are up to date. I just restored my comp to before the update patch and it plays fine. Weird. When I get back home I will install the patch just to get the crash and post the .err fi
