Ok guys i solved my problm with downloading the game, now i run into another problem. Randomly in the first 10-15 mins of gameplay the game freezes and "WINDOWS" resets totally. I read on the boards to check my debugg.err file however i dont have a program to read the file. I dont know if its my drivers, but i updated the newest drivers and the game still continues to reset my whole "Windows" console. Is there anybody who has recieved this problem. I have the similar problem as the member above me, however when i try to fix the problem by registering my galactic civ gold edition, it just says " the serial key is invalid." so i am unable to register any of my games even though on my account in stardock central it shows i have galactic civilizations 2, but i dont have dark avatar. I know this is a very confusing p

SO i downloaded the game and installed stardock update. I try and download the game and it just keeps telling me my serial number is invalid. I am entering the serial number exactly how it is given to me in the email. What am i doing wrong? I just want to play the game help someone!
