Sadly it seemd that Impulse does not like Pre-Paid Visa Gift Cards so it doesn't look like I will be joining in you for Beta afterall. This is too bad but I look forward to the finished product.

Hi there I'm MrJakJak. I just preordered Elemental in hopes of beating some kind of a 'Welcome to the Beta' deadline. This is Thursday around 5:00 MST if that makes a difference. My question is that now that I have pre-ordered how will I know if I can be in Beta and how do I go about getting it if I can? Thats about it I guess. Thank you for inviting me along for the ride. Much looking forward to it.

Played 1.25 before I gave up. I think I'm waiting til 1.89 arrives. Maybe it will be worth our money then.

Dread Lords? I've yet to actually see them. In fact besides the super charged growing race abilities(or whatever that one is called) Ive had no repeats. That one never seems to amount to very much either.

What are your thoughts about Iain Banks? Started off by reading the Bridge way back when. Good stuff if a little bit strange. Read most of his contemporary work, which was equally odd and compelling. The sci-fi had strong characters doing believable things. Check them out for sure. Oh yeah, Starship Troopers Kicked butt. The movie nothing like the book, but both entertaining satire in their own right.

ok. So this problem happened to me as well. Its not that they want you to email them back from your actual email site(hotmail or whatever it is.) Somewhere in one of the emails they sent you is a link to their support site as well a password for you to enter once there. I believe what you do is type in your email as your contact code(I guess it might be called) and then enter whatever password they gave you. Took me a while to figure out how it worked to. Good luck once more, and keep in t

An interesting theory, the wall of ships. Not going to use it but to each their own. My personal silly strategy is to build farms after my first factory. I know, I know it makes no sense yet it seems to work for me. My quetion is that if LostHero is playing on Suicidal, which is way past my skill level, why does his little medal say Cakewalk? Just curious, thatns for listening.

These seem to be useful on your transport planets so you can quickly replenish your supply of troops for the peace keeping missions you send them on. Of course if I'm wrong someone will point this out to me. HeeHeeHee

I seem to be a combination of the two of you. I use the first letter of the shop size (T for Tiny ) followed by a cool sounding name. Or at least at the time they seem cool. A good example would be the S-PitSpider, for a small ship with no manerverability that lays in wait, holding its own with strong offence and adequate defences. Of course there are only so many times you can see the PitSpider pop up. This frustration often leads to the L-IckIcky. <img src="http://images.stardock.com/gc2/

No need to apologize Ineffble, I thought it was pretty funny too. Speaking of books check out Elizabeth Moon. Which ever series has Once a Hero in the middle is pretty entertaining. Can't for the life of me recall what it is though. Sorry.

I won an influence on a gigantic map without firing a shot. Just kept building inflence bases maxed out with all the treats, which seemed to scare everyone else away. Everytime one was completed I would simply build a newone at the edge ot the first ones sphere of influence. Long boring game. Still do the influence thing, but pick fights everynow and then just to spice it up.
