I did lay-buy GCII because it would be fun playing hot-seat with my friends, but after finding out there is no multiplayer component I am not completely disappointed. I have seen and can appreciate the work Stardock has put into singleplayer, just from playing the demo. I am not critical of the decision to drop multiplayer so far to develop a more rich singleplayer experience, and I think the game, from what I have played, is very well polished.
