why arent my mods working? in Twilight of the Arnor GalCiv2 Forums

I downloaded and installed artificial planets but i cant choose it's folder from the options, it only lets me choose the default mods. Any idea why? I installed it like the readme that came with it said, in C:\Program Files\Stardock\TotalGaming\GalCiv2\Twilight\mods
