when i alt tabbed the physical ram usage was under 70%, maybe it was higher before though. it could have been a memory corruption. i know it happens, but not often.

The debug file is huge, over 14000 lines, so I'm just posting the beginning and the end of it. I was taking over Drengin planets with transport ships and building as fast as I could click and the game froze. I had just clicked to build a 20% morale building and then clicked to upgrade a manufacturing center to an industrial sector, and that's when... hmm what are the statistics on this stuff? i know copy protection software costs money, doesn't seem like it is worth it in the end. practically every game that is pirated can be downloaded from a torrent. really doesn't make any sense to use copy protection.

You don't want to upgrade to a Power Plant on a 300% tile bonus square. A power plant does not generate any manufaturing points on it's own. It just enhances the production of factories. The description is misleading because it says it will boost ANY manufacturing structure. There are only percent based cultural and approval buildings, right? So I'm guessing the tile bonuses for those work correctly. Which is why I thought it would work for a power plant

well, i think the factory on the bottom of the queue said some where around 12-16 weeks to finish and the next turn they were all done. it happened with basic labs -> xeno labs too. also i just had another bug on the older 1.5 with the power plants disappearing from a planet's build list after cancelling it. i was upgrading a Manufacturing Center on a 300% tile bonus to an Antimatter Power Plant, i don't even know if that works with a percent based structure so i cancelled it, seems too powerful
