Perhaps it is my bad luck, but I am still having this issue with the new patch Did you start a new game or load a 1.5x2 save? I started a new gigantic game and did not see any issues with fog along the rightmost three sectors as was reported. Actually...yes...I did start a new game...and still the FOW was dogging me...I have reinstalled the game from disk...Perhaps a second go at updating will solve this issue
