Do not know how to report this here, so... Bought Galactic Civilizations II: Ultimate Edition on steam. It downloaded and fine and seemed to install alright. The problem happens when I try to launch the game. I try launching it and it says I need to reg. When I try this it says maybe my firewall is up, so I turned it off, and same error. It is not contacting something. After all that the screen goes black for a few seconds and then screen comes back to
