Is software really needed? in Beginners WinCustomize Forums

I downloaded a skin/theme and it included everything I needed (Windows theme file, windows visual style file and the shellstyle.dll) I put these files where they needed to be in the c:/windows/resources/themes/luna path, yet they aren't in the drop down box in 'Windows colour Scheme', even after reboot. Am I missing something like a registry edit or do I really have to download something line wondowblinds or what ever? OS = XP Pro if that helps any.
