My sounds keeps on flickering in Bug Reports GalCiv2 Forums

My sound keeps on flickering in GC2, its not smooth at all. I have a very good computer but I dont know why this is happening. I have installed the latest audio drivers but the problem still persists. My specs are AMD Athlon X2 Dual core 2 Gb ram nvidia geforce 6150 LE integrated video somebody please help
