After I downloaded 1.5x my ability to tech trade seems to have basically disappeared. Even with a sizable diplomatic advantage all I seem to get is a no for an answer or I have to give away the store to get a yes. I know the patch info says they changed tech trading but to trade now,so far, I'd have to be a fool to agree to the terms. Does anyone else notice this or have any suggestions? Thanks.
