this is nice, but... WHERE ARE OUR ULTIMATE EXTRAS MICROSOFT?!
I just went to their website and sent them a message. Let's see if another announcement will be posted again instead of getting an actual ultimate extras we are suppose to get!
Update on the Windows Ultimate Extras from WWW Link (07/02/2007) When we launched Windows Vista in January 2007, we identified Windows Ultimate Extras as a unique series of add-ons that would be available to Windows Vista Ultimate customers. To date, we have released four sets of Extras – Windows Hold’Em, 16 Language Packs for the Windows multi-language user interface, Secure Online Key Bac
I think the major mistake would be the "Ultimate Extra"! Where are they now? Even the windows ultimate website is like a ghost town that all the people working on the supposedly "Extras" were suppose to get are all probably gone! Right now the Dreamscene feature is still in freaking preview version. I'm tired of MS not delivering to its promises. I'm switching to mac. We should have a maccustomize version I think <img src="http://images.stardock.com/wc/
I hate to say it but I'm afraid that a class action lawsuit is coming! Or maybe another commercial from MAC mocking the Ultimate Vista. They already did on Steve's recent keynote speech on WDC. They're mocking MS for having different versions of Vista at ridiculous prices while Mac's upcoming OS Leopard will only have one version will all the nice features at a price less than $200 bu

Hello, I'm new to stardock and I'm glad to join. I have a newbie question. If I purchase Object Desktop for my Ultimate Vista, what other stardock products do you suggest I buy or download if it's free that's not included in the Object Desktop program. Your suggestions is greatly appreciated. Thanks.
I do wish they would also have a keyboard shortcut to hide or unhide the sidebar. I'm only using gadgets like clock, weather, calendar, newsfeeds, cpu/mem meter and any countdown gadgets that I like.
Oh I did not know that. Was it mentioned in the news somewhere? That would be great then!
Hi, just went to visit ultimate vista website and they have a video of the features of ultimate vista, I skipped thru the dreamscene part and man, those are nice dreamscene wallpapers they have there, I wish they would at least include those wallpapers when they release the final version of dreamscene, and it should be FREE! .
So how's Windowblinds running on Vista? Is it running ok and no problems? Should I just get Windowblinds or get the whole ObjectDesktop package for Vista? I'm hesitant to get it because I'm afraid it's not compatible with Vista yet?
So anybody running ObjectDesktop on Vista? How is it? Which programs works with Vista anyways besige Windows Blind 5.5? Should I wait till ObjectDesktop has all the other programs finalized for Vista? I want to get the ObjectDesktop now but I'm afraid it will be limited to what I can use it for? Please advise. Thanks.
You must download and install the free deskcapes program from here http://dream.wincustomize.com first in order to be able to run the dream files you download from here.
So how's Object Desktop doing w/ Vista? Is it running great? Should I wait till they fix all the quirks? I really wanted to get it but maybe I should wait till they release the final version of WB?
