Personally I only upgrade weapons,defenses and engines. All eye candy stays on, so if you tech miniturization and smaller weapons(powerful), I remember attack before I start upgrading and then put 1 more weapon on. Kinda like that anyhow.

I always tech the higher forms of government and build the economy capital. As for the planets, I grab as many as I can which is still not very many, and as Drengin says, build market places(banks), it is also another thing I tech right away. Political capital will keep your morale up so you can lower taxes a little less to keep 100% approval to get your pop up and running.

Not to be an odd guy out, however I don't think there should be any automatic submission. Leave it up to the team. As Kyro says, a little lei way should be looked at here. If a person does not submit, then the captain or co-captain can look back and make the selection the next day. ON a different note, if that happens, instead of the 2 pts for that game it only recieves 1 pnt. I know this last point is for another thread but....

Right now I have 57 logistics, which is 28 tiny hull or 7 huge hull. Mumble getting up to the logistcs he speaks of is insane. A logistics in the 70s would be big time scary, especially in DL where only one shot per ship exsists.

I am not able to outline precise quotes, so please bear with me. With captains just submitting should be fine because they can give the password to the rest of the team. So everyone should be able to submit individually. (I remember rnd 3, I submitted right after you) But before I vote, I just want to make sure that Captains can pass out the password, and everyone if need be, be able to submit themselves.
Exactly, Everyone has an opinion just like an ...hole. It is not wrong, just different from everyone elses. I don't like the Nintendo WEI, I think it's a joke, but I'm not going to shoot it down because it's not my type of game. Maybe first person shooters are more for you, or does Halo suck as well?
Not to step on toes or confuse anymore, however.. with just the captains having a password would most likely be the easiest and secure way to go. At least from what I have read and understand. (I don't think anyone would screw with anybody elses game though)
Fine by me. I must admit I was a little lost but it cleared with explanations about wrong games being posted.
I don't know if I understood properly, but 1 game per round is not the way to go. I try different strategies for each round and then we discuss in our private forum. Going that route would take a lot of teamwork out of it.
