I stand corrected, it should be showing up in Theme Manager rather than MyColors. If you're still having issues, please look to the Object Desktop 2009 Official Support Thread: https://forums.wincustomize.com/?postid=330419
I would suggest opening Aero Midnight in MyColors rather than in Theme Manager (at least until you get the WB skin to load at least once). Hopefully this should solve your loading problem. As to the Mail icon, I can see the original mail icon is different, so I'll check to see if it was missnamed and if we can get that updated.
After you ran the setup, did you go into the Programs -> Stardock -> MyColors folder and run the application from there?
Bushman - Impulse will eventually replace Stardock Central, although for a time, both programs will coexist. Object Desktop is a suite of some of Stardock's most popular software and will now be available in two packages: Object Desktop 2008 will have the programs used more frequently by most users, and Object Desktop Ultimate will include additional programs that are important in the creation of skins and other functions. Here's a similar post that may also offer you some suggestions: https://forums.joeuser.com/?forumid=54&aid=160598 Other than that, I can only suggest that you email or call Stardock support and talk to someone more directly connect
