Kryo, the Download+CD preorder option of DA comes with a printed manual?

I have another question pertaining to this subject somewhat. If we've preordered with cd option, will we be getting just a cd with manual in pdf on it, or will there be any paper documentation with it? I'm interested on this as well. I'm going to pre-order DA, but I don't know what version yet. If it's just a CD with a PDF manual I'd pre-order th
