Help in Beginners WinCustomize Forums

um hey guys I was just interested in changing the whole them of my entire computer specifically to -Moonlight- form DesktopX themes .. But Im not sure what exactly I need to do afterwords .. I was hoping if anyone had the time on their hands they explain to me step by step what I need to do or maybe just show me a link to where on the site it will give me the step by step instructions ..
