In Vista, if you right click on the item in the start menu and go to properties, I have tried to use the windows xp sp2 compatibility mode. It appears to help, but I still get the problem.

I'm not sure if this bug is limited to this release, but I only just found it. When clicking on the build a ship item, and then canceling, the ship still begins to be built anyway. Let me know if this is a user-wide issue, or just me. Regards, Dave
