I don't trade techs either. I just find that it's a good idea to re-examine all my planets and see where I'm falling short of my goals - dropping approval ratings, poor production levels, weak military - and adapt my research policy accordingly. I could see how you could use a queue system. I guess it's just a bit of micromanagement I enjoy
I haven't seen anything like that either. Personally, I rather like having to choose my next project - it forces me to have to stop and take stock of what I need, rather than just blindly continue with a queued project.
Hey, quick question. Bought this game over the weekend, and I'm completely hooked! Only just thought about updating to the newest version, though. Can anyone tell me whether updating will have any effect on the game I'm already playing? ie. will I see the changes when I load my game, or will I have to start a new one to enjoy the improvements? Thanks
