Cursor animations stop working after reboot or hibernation in IconPackager Stardock Forums

Whenever I load an icon package, everything is working fine, including the new cursors the package loads also. When I return from hibernation or a reboot however, the animations on all the cursors (busy, working in background, etc.) aren't animated anymore. When I unload and load the package the cursors are animated again. Any idea whats causing this?
