Changing AI - is it possible? in Modding GalCiv2 Forums

Is it possible to change some AI features: - Stars and planets position during the creation of the galaxy, i.e. does it possible to create a galaxy with equal distants from one star to another, or two groups of stars in the contrary sides of the galaxy? - The AI tactick. Can I force him to build only scouts or researchers and no colony ships? concentrate on one branch of techtree? send no separate ships but only fleets? smth like this? <img src="http://images.stardock.com/gc2/T_DL/smiles

An error -999 occurs when registering and pressing "create new account" button on the https://www.stardock.com/createaccount.asp?Site=GalCiv A message "Error -999. Please contact [email protected] for assistance." appears. What does it mean and what shall I do?
