when i log in and start to play the game it close's out and says my clint went dead and it will be sent to everquest but it still wont let me play what i wanna know is why it dose that and how can i fix it?

i been playing everquest for about 6 months now and it wont let me log in no more it keeps saying my clint went dead or something does anyone know why it does this???
