TLHeart: B4, you misunderstand. First I use the "Civ Manager:Colonies" to examine planets. Later, while in the main display, I double click on a planet to examine it. When I "Done" from that examination, I end up at the "Civ Manager:Colonies" display, not at the main display where I should be. If you use the "taskmanager" (CTRL+SHIFT+ESC), and look at the "Mem Usage" and "Peak Mem Usage" columns for the process, you will be able to track how much memory the game is using for you. (If those columns are not showing, use "View->Select Columns" to add them in.) Start the game, load up the save file, and record your memory usage. Play for a while, record your mem usage.
