I've only seen "We know what you're doing" if I'm assembling a fleet near an alien race's border, no matter if it's at a rally point or even one of my own planets for my own protection. Once I even got the message after a race colonized within my own borders. Bunch of paranoid little (s)uckers. Usually they aren't the ones I'm building up against, but the veiled threat succeeds in making them what I consider a legitimate target.

Arizona would be okay if 1) it wasn't so hot in summer, 2) summer didn't last from May to October, 3) I had a car, and 4) could afford to travel. As it is, I've not been out of the city here since 1994. On the upside, I've not seen snow since moving out west in 1990. Oh I forgot 5), the politicians weren't complete idiots.

Thanks, I couldn't see any difference between the two views and thought I was missing some distinctive feature. Too bad about the votes, it would make an interesting factor to consider.

During United Planets voting, do the other races "remember" if you cast a vote different than theirs? More simply, does it negatively affect their opinion of you? Just wondering if they hold a grudge when things don't go their way. A second question, which I asked in TotA forum 3 weeks ago, which got 20 views but no answers-- what's the difference between the Random and Cinematic views during the battle resolutions?
