still wont work

For some reason my mouse is flickering when ever I open the game. I even tried using the regular mouse but it still didn't work. Please help, Schnide.

Hi everyone. I was thinking about putting the intro video for Galciv 2 up on another forum that I belong to. I just wanted to know if there was anything special I needed to say since it would be a download. I already have all of the programs that I need to convert it. Thanks Schnide
