Set it to windowed mode and changed the resolution and still CTD.

Yeah I unchecked "use mods" after I posted this debug and it still crashed. I don't even have any mods in the mod folder. I play completely vanilla.

I'm not running any Mods and I don't know how to post the debug.err.

My game does almost the same thing. I get past all the set up options and the game is loading when it crashes. I don't know how to post the debug.err or anything else unfortunately. I have tried to update all drivers and I still get the crashes. Only Twilight of Arnor crashes. My Computer is a Dell XPS 8300 Intel Core i7-2600 3.4GHz 8GB RAM ATI Radeon HD5700 Series Windows 7 HP 64-Bit
