Game crashed immediately... in Bug Reports GalCiv2 Forums

I installed and ran the demo just fine and decided to buy the program. It won't run at all... It definitely isn't the graphics card or basic requirements. Here's the debug file. I appreiciate any help. btw, the file it is looking for before it crashes, I don't seem to have on my machine...
