Constant freezing and locking up in Bug Reports GalCiv2 Forums

Ok, this has been pretty frequent. I've downloaded 3 mods from the Library, the mod that makes components invisible and two ship-packs. I've also done some minor editing of the custom races. The editing had never given me any problems before. But here's what happens, I'll be playing along. I like to clear out pre-designed ships to reduce clutter in the build selection. However, when I get to the higher-end of the tech trees, when I go to the Shipyard, it locks up on me
