My comprehensive list of bugs and issues with the Planetary Governor. I'm looking at this from the perspective that the goal of it is to significantly reduce micromanagement of most colonies and ways that it fails to do that should be considered "issues". I will do my best to not devolve this into a wishlist, but some things need to be changed for it to reach that stated goal. 1.) BUG. Changing the order of items in the build list does not save when the screen is closed.

BUG: With random opponents I've been having one of my opponents come up as "Custom Civ" with the same color as mine fairly frequently. My solution for the moment has to just not play with random races.
Where should I report bugs in this? For me, most of the buttons are blank and have no text. This is true of many dropdowns as well and the tech tree. This makes the game basically unplayable. Trying to see if uninstall/reinstall does anything.
Restarting doesn't work, including killing the Impulse process. Uninstalling and reinstalling ToA does work, however.
I must be doing something wrong. In Impulse I have "Show Pre-release Versions" checked and I have checked for updates but I'm not seeing the beta update anywhere on here.
This is a list of questions I have about the game that I can't find the answers to: 1.) What exactly do the resources do? I know basically what they do, but how do they work? Does mining an economic resource increase my economy by a percent? How do I find out what the percent is? How is it modified by additional starbase modules? Is it a static bonus?
