Hello, Please help!! I have installed the out-of-the-box retail version (1.0). Everytime I attempt to start the application, my monitor displays a black screen only, but I can hear the audio. I have installed Gal2 v1.2, but have experienced no change after starting the application (still, black screen and audio plays...intro I think). I have rebooted several times and have uninstalled both versions a few times. Still, no change during application start up. I am now ba
