same problems here, in the campaign and in a single game. the Drengin and Drath both seem to have this problem. I was trying the campaign on 'masochistic', and the drengin had phasor technology before I could even research planitary invasion, yet my cargo ships parked outside of their planets with a mini-laser crushed any ships they built, since they had NO weapons. In a possibly related note, sometimes the drengin ships would have a 3 armor, and my 1 beam ships would destroy them in 3
