I have the same problem, but it was normal when I was playing the tutorials. I then installed the 1.02 patch before realising that since I had dled the game I shouldn't have needed to. Don't know if thats relevant. Az

And if I don't have the collectors edition pieces I download either the 'Collectors edition only' or the 'Desktop Enable Collectors edition' which is the exact same but includes a desktop theme. 2. And the Bonus Pack material is included in the .2 patch. 3. And the previous patches all come with .2 as well. Is this all making sense? Just to be sure. Az
So do I need to download the [ Galactic Civilizations II Desktop Enable Collectors Edition ] and the [Collectors Edition Content only] to use the stuff in the CE or do I just need the bonus pack and patch 1.2? Az

Actually I do have the tech tree poster. My box however is red and black and comes in a matching cardboard box the size of the case and is slightly foily/holographic. On no part of the box does it say Collectors Edition ??? Az
Sorry if this has been asked hundreds of times before but since Ireland seems to only have the regular edition og GalCiv2 is there a way to acess the collectors edition for it? I've seen the download but I understand that that requires a collectors edition code. So is there a way to upgrade? Thanks, Az
